Vision
For societies to meet their ever-increasing energy needs, they will have to expand their production and use of renewable energies as they are the only infinite resources on the planet.

This means that buildings and cities must become active components of the energy infrastructure.

Transforming buildings and cities into decentralised energy power plants will require an unprecedented infrastructure upgrade.

For this to happen, we must identify profitable pathways and how to finance them.
This is why Superowner exists:

To translate technical retrofits into profitable pathways and empower asset owners to become impact-making “superowners”.
We operate
as your external
Energy Transition CFO
Data transparency
We use our proprietary dataset to look at variance in your costs data and assess the cost efficiency to prioritize retrofits measures. Every building is different, but technology and technical components are standard, so they can be compared and analysed.
Financial planning
We break down cash flows into fundamental components that enable us to assess risk, optimize the implementation strategy, create scenarios and provide return metrics to enhance decision making.
Regulatory check
We simplify the regulatory constraints such as CRREM by integrating them into our data models. We can optimize scenarios and recommendations for specific regulations or standards such as BREEAM, EPBD, etc.
by translating technical documents into cash flows that your decision makers can use for financial planning
Enhance
decision making
by optimizing timing and financing that meet your business plans
